Accessibility

Accessibility information

How guests with access needs can use the website, booking journey and property, and how to report a barrier.

Effective: 22 July 2026

1. Scope and legal status

The website supports the selection and booking of accommodation and is treated as part of the electronic-commerce journey for accessibility planning.Applicability of the microenterprise exemption under Article 4(1) of the Polish Accessibility Act: the operator is not a microenterprise within the meaning of that provision, so the exemption does not apply and the Act's requirements are treated as binding on this website and the booking journey. Independently of any exemption, this website aims to be usable by everyone.

2. Digital service

  • Pages use structured headings, meaningful link labels, keyboard-operable controls, visible focus, responsive text and alternatives for informative images.
  • The interactive map has a text address and an external-map alternative when the embed is unavailable or consent is declined.
  • Cookie choices can be accepted, rejected or adjusted and can be reopened from the footer.
  • The separate OnePageBooking service is part of the booking path. Please report any barrier encountered there so the hotel can assist and raise it with the provider.

3. How to use the service

Browse room information on this website, then use the direct-booking link to choose dates, guests, room/rate and payment details. If any step is inaccessible, contact the hotel for equivalent assistance. No surcharge is imposed merely for requesting an accessible communication method.

4. Physical access information

AreaVerified information required
Entrance and routeThere is one step at the street entrance and no ramp, so the building is not step-free. Guests who need step-free access should contact us before booking so we can explain the entrance in detail. Exact step height and door widths have not been measured — ask us and we will measure them for you.
Lift and floorsA lift serves every floor of the building, so all apartments are reachable by lift once inside.
Rooms and bathroomsNone. No apartment is adapted for wheelchair use, and no bathroom has grab rails, a roll-in shower or a wheelchair-accessible layout.
Hearing, visual and communication supportNone. There is no hearing loop, no Braille or tactile signage and no visual fire-alarm system. Reception is staffed 24/7 and staff will help in person with anything a guest needs — please tell us in advance so we can prepare.

5. Assistance and complaints

Tell us which page or booking step caused difficulty, the assistive technology/browser used if relevant, and the format or adjustment needed. Accessibility contact: reservations@ahsm-krakow.com or +48 12 420 70 50. Reception is staffed 24 hours a day; tell us what you need before arrival and we will confirm honestly whether we can meet it.. General contact: reservations@ahsm-krakow.com, +48 12 420 70 50.Where the Polish Accessibility Act applies, consumers may submit an accessibility complaint and, after the statutory process, may use the supervisory remedies provided by that Act. The hotel will respond in an accessible format on request.

6. Review

Accessibility is reviewed when the website, booking engine or property information changes. Confirmed barriers are prioritised according to their impact on completing a booking or obtaining essential stay information.
